Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time & Delivery
Delivery time begins after your order has been processed. Shipping estimates at checkout are only estimates — actual delivery may vary based on courier performance, destination, and unforeseen delays.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses
You’re responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If the address is incorrect and the package is returned or lost, additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control. If your package appears lost, contact us and we’ll assist in filing an inquiry with the courier.


Returns

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery (you can choose the exact timeframe). Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned (e.g., opened cosmetics, underwear, perishable goods). Customized or personalized items are also non-returnable.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed if the requested item is in stock. If not, we’ll process a refund instead.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
